WE’RE ALL PROFESSIONALS

At the next level, I get deeper into the details with you. The questions shift from “How does it work?” to “How do we do…?” My professional experience advances your professional learning and work objectives. This is where it goes better if we’re both getting paid for what we’re doing. An hourly rate, for support-on-demand, can be paid as we go, by check, card or trade. This can see you through an immediate challenge or fund an exploratory phase of complex work.

WE ALL HAVE A BUSINESS TO RUN

Finally, we all have a business or other enterprise to run. When our work starts to involve your colleagues – in conferences, training workshops, team coaching and other engagements – it’s time to contract for a number days or weeks of support, with an agreed scope and billing cycle. Where the scope is uncertain, it’s still okay to pay as you go, against a pre-authorized budget we might or might not spend, but the rate should reflect the value we’re creating for the larger enterprise.
